Juliet Kostritsky is Everett D. & Eugenia S. McCurdy Professor of Contract Law and Director of the Center for Business Law. She teaches teaches contracts, sales, advanced contracts, law and business, and commercial paper. She continues to write legal, business, and empirical articles for major law reviews and other scholarly publications.
