Cost of Printing
Printing costs:
Black and white, single-side printing: $0.08 per page
Black and white, double-sided printing: $0.15 per sheet
Color, single-side printing: $0.49 per page
Color, double-sided printing: $0.78 per sheet
To request a refund please email help@wepanow.com and provide the username associated with your Wēpa account, the title of the document that you are requesting a refund for, and the reason why you are requesting a refund or call 1-800-675-7639 to speak with a customer service representative.
*Please allow 2 – 3 business days for the refund to process
Checking balance and Adding Funds
To check your printing balance log into your Wēpa account. On the right side of your account page, you'll see your current balance.
To add funds to your account, click either "Deposit Funds" or "add more" on the right side of your balance statement.
You can add funds in increments of $5, $10, $15, $20, $25, or $50.
Law Student Allotment
Law student semester free printing credit:
Fall semester: $20
Spring semester: $20
Summer semester (if taking classes): $10
*Remaining free printing credits given by the law school will expire at the end of the semester. Funds added by the user will carry over to the next semester.
