Q: I clicked to switch to Individual View, but the Gradebook view is still showing, what's going on?
A: There's a glitch in Canvas that causes this to happen sometimes. If you click on "Individual View" and then click on the Grades tab the page will reload with the appropriate view.
Q: csv files are mentioned several times. What are they?
A: csv files can be thought of as simplified Excel files, and can be read by Excel or Google Sheets. They can't retain any special formatting information, but are significantly less memory intensive for file storage and reading. This is why they tend to be used in data exporting & importing on websites.
