The library supports posting appropriate law publications on SSRN and Bepress. Faculty should ask the journals in which they are publishing for copyright permission to post on the law school's SSRN and Bepress pages. Faculty should send articles to Profs. Adler and Jensen, who approve articles for the law school's SSRN site. Papers that meet these criteria can then be sent to librarian Lisa Peters, 216-368-2793, lkp@case.edu, for posting on SSRN and Bepress.
Faculty may use Scholastica to submit articles for possible publication electronically to multiple student-edited law journals.
If you do not have an account, please contact Avi Cover to get an permissions for account setup.
