A story about a couple of "ambulance chasers" who take on a class action suit against a pharmaceutical company. Protagonists' numerous ethics violations aside, the book has memorable illustrations of expert witnesses, evidence, discovery, and trial strategy. A fun read.
This is a classic to which faculty sometimes refer during orientation. However, I have not encountered a professor at CWRU Law School who uses the old-fashioned Socratic method depicted in this film.
