This guide will lead researchers through primary materials and introduce important secondary sources. While general human rights sources are covered in the guide, special attention is paid to resources that specifically address international women's human.

This guide has been created for use as an introduction to the exciting world of international human rights research. It should not be construed as containing all possible resources - more and more resources are being created every day, and many valuable research tools are not available online.

This Electronic resource guide often called the ERG, has been published online by the American Society of International Law (ASIL) since 1997. Since then it has been systematically updated and continuously expanded.
