Troubleshooting
- Make sure you are running Case Wireless (not Case Guest) or using VPN (Virtual Private Networking).
- If your VPN does not seem to be working, call the UTECH help desk at any time — 216-368-4356 (HELP).
- Try another browser if you are still having trouble accessing a service.
- After you register with each service, the opening screen should say "Case Western Reserve School of Law" or the equivalent.
- Fall, 2022: Aspen Learning -- if there is no "Register" button showing beneath "Login" look for an option in the top, right: "Return to Institutional Access"
- Ask for help at the Reference Desk if you are still having problems.
