This course covers the general principles of admiralty law including jurisdiction, practice, maritime liens, collisions, salvage, limitation of liability, and the rights of injured maritime workers.

Thomas Wynne is an Adjunct Professor of Law at CWRU, Coast Guard certification holder, and practicing attorney in contracts and M&A, as well as maritime law.
