Course Info

This course will examine the rules for the admissibility of expert testimony, provide an introduction to various types of expert and scientific evidence, understand the special role of experts in litigation, and provide practice-focused consideration of issues relating to expert evidence.

Prof. Philip Calabrese

Prof. Philip Calabrese is a United States district judge of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio and an Adjunct Professor of Law at Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
