Criminal Procedure II (LAWS 5718)

Course Info

The adjudicatory stage of the criminal process. Pretrial release, preliminary hearings, grand jury practice, speedy and public trial, discovery, right to jury trial, guilty pleas, right to counsel, and double jeopardy are examined.

Prof. Edmund Searby
Prof. Edmund Searby is a practicing attorney who lectures on criminal procedure, commercial bribery, and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act at both Case Western Reserve University School of Law and Cleveland-Marshall School of Law.
