This seminar permits students to write a substantial research paper on a topic in Constitutional Law, Civil Rights, Administrative Law, or regulatory law (broadly defined). With permission of the Instructor, the paper may be used to satisfy the JD Writing Requirement.

Prof. Jonathan Entin

Prof. Jonathan Entin is the David L. Brennan Professor Emeritus of Law and an Adjunct Professor of Political Science. He has taught Constitutional Law; Administrative Law; Courts, Public Policy, and Social Change; the Law and Social Science Seminar; Law, Legislation, and Regulation; Mass Media Law; Property; and the Supreme Court Seminar at CWRU School of Law.
