Criminal Law (LAWS 1102)

Course Info

A basic course in substantive criminal law, dealing with the standards to be used in defining and punishing criminal behavior. The course includes discussion of crimes and criminality; culpable mental states; causation; insanity; attempt and complicity; homicide; and rape.

Prof. Liam Dunn

Prof. Liam Dunn is the Director of Academic Support and Assistant Professor of Lawyering Skills. He teaches professional responsibility, legal analysis & problem solving, and entering the profession. Prof. Dunn's scholarship focuses on legal ethics and Title IX in the university setting.
