Prof. Robert Rapp

Robert Rapp is a Visiting Assistant Professor of Law. Formerly, he was a partner at Calfee, Halter, and Griswold.

He teaches Business Associations, Securities Regulation, Advanced Securities Regulation, and Law, Theory, and Practice in Financial Markets. He also teaches and supervises SJD students. He is the author of a securities law treatise.
