Mr. Lehman donated his collection of documents pertaining to the case of Lehman v. City of Shaker Heights, et al., 418 U.S. 298 (1974) to the Judge Ben C. Green Law Library of Case Western Reserve University on October 2008.
Deed of Gift ("Gift Agreement Between Harry J. Lehman and Case Western Reserve University"), signed October 28, 2008, is on file with Case Western Reserve University Development & Alumni Relations. A copy of the Deed is file with the Law School Library and as well as housed with the physical collection in the Law School archive room.
