This Immigration Law guide is basic introduction.  This guide is provides basic information to use in conjunction with the CWRU School of Law Immigration courses and the CWRU School of Law Immigration Clinic.  This guide is for informational purposes only; it does not constitute legal advice.

U.S. Immigration law is the the national statutes, regulations, and legal precedents governing immigration into and deportation out of the United States.  These laws and regulations could impact/influence or be impacted/influenced by naturalization, citizenship, illegal immigration, legal immigration, the current social or political climate, or additional factors.
