U.S. Legal Scholarly Writing: Prof. Turner (Fall 2021)

In   U.S. Legal Scholarly Writing class, you learn about employing a process theory of writing, the text first describes the enterprise of scholarly writing, and then discusses techniques for brainstorming, researching, drafting, and revising for substance and style.

Jack Turner is an Associate Professor and Director of the LLM Program. He teaches legal analysis and reasoning, drawing from his experience as a Cleveland attorney for years prior to joining the CWRU School of Law.
