Course Info
In this course you will learn about the constitutional system of the United States; judicial function in constitutional cases; the division of powers between the nation and the states and within the national government; the powers of the president; national and state citizenship; and constitutional limitations on the powers of the states and nation for the protection of individual liberties.

Prof. Raymond Ku is the Laura B. Chisolm Distinguished Research Scholar and Professor Law at Case Western Reserve University School of Law. He has also served as Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Co-Director of Case’s Center for Law, Technology and the Art. is areas of expertise include Constitutional Law, Cyberlaw, Privacy and Copyright.

Prof. Jonathan Adler is the Johan Verheij Memorial Professor of Law and Director of the Coleman P. Burke Center for Environmental Law. He teaches courses in environmental, administrative and constitutional law.
