Your admissions packet will contain the following items:
- Registration Application, which lists all the items that one must attach
- Certificate executed by the dean of the law school where one first began the study of law certifying when one first began the study of law
- To obtain this, submit the Certificate of Dean form to Academic Services. The dean will sign it and Academic Services will submit it to the Ohio Supreme Court. Academic Services has a deadline in mid-October. Watch your inbox for an email from Jay Ruffner with the exact date.
- Original, hard copy of college transcript from institution granting bachelor's degree
- Applicant's Character Questionnaire
- Fingerprint Identification Card
- Notarized Authorization and Release forms (see application for details)
- DO NOT sign before you meet with the notary.
- Jennifer Hines in the Academic Services Office can notarize bar application forms between the hours of 9:00a.m - 2:00 p.m. SaraJean Petite in the Law Library is also a notary.
- Certified checks or money orders for the fees (see application for details)
